How complaints are handled
Complaints about medical treatment are passed to the doctor concerned, who is professionally responsible; complaints about a medicine or test go to the chemist or laboratory, and we follow up until you have an answer. Serious complaints about a partner can lead to suspension while we review.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the National Consumer Helpline (1915), the Data Protection Board of India for personal data matters, or the relevant State Medical Council for professional conduct of a doctor.
