What ForU does with your health, your money and your medicines, and what it never does.

Your data stays in India
Records are stored on servers in Mumbai. Health details never go into logs, analytics or web links.
You decide who sees your records
A doctor reads your records only with your consent, and the app shows who opened them and when. You can get a copy of your data or ask us to erase it from the app.
Only verified partners
Doctors are checked against the medical register. Chemists' drug licences and their expiry are on record. Riders are registered before their first ride.
The exact medicine your doctor wrote
Shops supply the brand on the prescription and nothing else. If it has to change, your doctor writes a new prescription.
Plain prices
Medicines are sold at MRP less the shop's own discount. No cashback, no wallet. A refund goes back the way you paid.
No ratings, no paid ranking, no commissions
Doctors are listed with facts only, and nobody pays to appear first. No doctor earns anything from where you buy your medicines.
Help with a reference number
Every question or complaint you send from the app gets a reference number and a reply in the same place. You can also write to our grievance officer.
